Education/Certification: Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing or related field or equivalent experience that demonstrates a skill level equal to management of a mid-sized credit union.
Summary of Position: Responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of the organization.
This includes, among other responsibilities: negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching and executing a wide variety of agreements for companies and clients, including marketing agreements, entertainment agreements, license agreements, real estate leases, confidentiality agreements, and other general business contracts. Required Knowledge: Knowledge of non-profit corporate law.
At least two years of credit union experience preferred.
Physical Strength: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
